The front desk staff was wonderful, polite, and fast. The tech who saw me first was knowledgeable and courteous and Dr Napolitano was first rate. She listened to me, explained what she was doing, understood my unique condition and how she could help. Highly recommend this practice!
Had my first session at 20/20 Eye Care. Inside the waiting area was neat and I felt comfortable being there. Staff was pleasant and professional. Love Dr. Patel.
Dr. Napolitano is awesome dr. Extremely detailed in eye exam and asks lots of questions pertaining to your exam. Staff is very cordial and attentive. Have been using them now for about 5 years.
I went in today almost at closing time with an emergency. The front staff was great, they took me in right away no issues. Dr Napolitano was awesome, right away she figured out what was happening and was able to give me the proper treatment. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Napolitano is the rudest doctor I have ever experienced. Rolled her eyes and swung her head. Inconsistent information shared between doctors and staff. She told me I lied about calling before I came in. Only to then have the office manager find the phone call, listen to it and say, “oh yes, you did call, and that person who doesn’t work here anymore (3 days ago) told you wrong information”. I feel bad for her staff. I have never experienced anything like this in a professional environment. Save your time. Avoid this office. Also scroll below and see how she only responds to bad reviews with a terrible attitude. And their response below still does not address that the doctor called me a liar in an aggressive manner and was acting like an unruly child in front of patrons and office staff. She had an attitude and got angry instead of apologizing for wasting my time due to their error. Mistakes happen with miscommunication, Dr. Napolianos response was out of line and quite concerning for a medical professional. Unhinged, erratic behavior in a doctor, not good.
