Overall the office is great, clean comfortable seats, short waiting time, all the application forms are done online. I had been seen by a doctor Masha, Patel, she already knew my chart before. Highly recommend that to patients who work late hours.

This was my first time at 20/20 Eyecare in Middle Village. The doctor was so thorough and made sure I could see thoroughly before I left. The staff was wonderful in helping me pick out the best eyeglasses for myself. The testing very thorough. I am so pleased with this place and will definitely use again and pass the word on my experience.
Dr. Napolitano is caring and intelligent. She explained my eye condition clearly. It would be nice if there were more frame styles to choose from, but I was able to find a lovely pair of prescription sunglasses.
I’ve been going to Dr. Napolitano at 20/20 Eye Care on Eliot Ave for about 5 years now. I had LASIK done 3 years ago, but I still come back every year for my annual eye exams. Every visit has been a great experience. The doctor is very thorough with all the testing and takes time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. You never feel rushed, and you always leave understanding your eye health better. The office is well run, and the staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a great practice that I highly recommend for anyone looking for quality eye care.
