Very good exam for young and old the Doctor and staff are attentive and kool. The price is about in range of others They have a few pop up extra exams if you're willing to pay for them. It’s optional Overall a good place to go check out if you want to see lol
It was awful. I was told I had to pay $40 sitting fee for contacts when I put the contacts on I came in with back on. Usually I’m giving a sitting pair but no not this time. Also this was their first time putting drops in my eyes and I wasn’t able to see clearly for over 6 hours. I wasn’t able to order glasses or contact and I have insurance. I left their very disappointed and wish I had of went somewhere else. My first bad experience and I been going there since I was a child.
From the time you walk in everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, the wait time for the Dr was only a few minutes. The Dr, nurses both made sure all the necessary tests were done and I had a full diagnosis before I left and my doctor set and talk with me about everything. I highly recommend 20 20 Eye Care of Grenada.
The ladies at the front desk were very nice, and I didn’t have to wait long before being taken back for my scans. The doctor was the disappointing part of my visit. I felt rushed the whole time and like he wasn’t really listening to me. I told him the eye drops from my last visit didn’t help, but I was sent home with drops again. While I was trying to explain my problems, he was also texting on his phone, which made me feel ignored. The front desk staff was great, but I hope the doctor takes a little more time to listen to his patients. Very unprofessional on his behalf.
