Love this place! My eyes are 20/20 because of 20/20 vision! And my insurance is always processed so quickly!

Took my cousin up here on 11/18/25 and she got there right at her appointment time 9:15am and they said they “couldn’t squeeze her in” even though she didn’t get there late or anything. She was right on time. There was no one in the waiting room waiting. They were kinda snarky and asked to reschedule her, she declined because of the blatant rudeness that was shown. She only had 1 paper to fill out with some yes/no circle questions that would take less than 3 minutes to fill out. She’s also been here before and they had her history on file already. We have family history of cataracts and glaucoma (which they knew about). She was seeing white spots and they still turned her away even with the appointment scheduled and her being right on time. will not be back.

These folks are great. Friendly staff that goes out of their way to take care of you. The doctor listens to you and makes adjustments accordingly. I drive over 40 miles here because they're worth it!

This is something I normally would never do but here we go! First off my daughter's visit went amazing, staff was friendly and dr was also. Fast forward to finishing up the appt I addressed as they handed my daughter DAILY contacts we were not interested and she usually wore monthly. Okay fine it was blown off and we tried them anyways. I then called to let them know she didn't want the contacts because again we didn't want daily's and they turned her blue eyes green. I thought this was understood at this moment we did not want daily contacts, come pick up more trials and see how you like these. STILL DAILY CONTACTS. Call to order, they quote me $900 plus for a years worth of the DAILY contacts I had previously told them multiple times I did not want. So I ask for my prescription to go else wear to order, which had a BRAND specific to the DAILY contacts so again I call. At this point I'm furious. I understand your recommendation for under 18 is daily contacts, but almost a grand for contacts is absolutely insane. She had been wearing monthly contacts for years and never any issues. Was even complimented by the dr on how healthy her eyes are. FINALLY they released the prescription with the brand she has AGAIN been wearing for YEARS but only after I had to sign an agreement waiving the eye dr all responsibility. Which is fine, after this ordeal I would not have returned anyway. BUT TRYING TO FORCE SOMEONE INTO $900+ CONTACTS FOR A YEAR SUPPLY DESPITE LISTENING TO WHAT I HAVE USED FOR MY CHILD FOR YEARS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I ORDERED CONTACTS ON CONTACTS DIRECT AND PAID $173. I GET DRS HAVE RECOMEDATIONS BUT BEING FORCED INTO SOMETHING WHEN HER EYES ARE PERFECTLY HEALTHY IS INSANE.
