Doc was great this time around really working with me to dial in the right contact lenses. However I needed to wait 1 hr to be seen for a contact fitting appointment. Staff needs better training on scheduling and managing appointments more optimally. Me expectation is to not wait an hr plus at doc office to be seen in 2026.

Dr. Ira Krumhiltz is excellent. He very thorough. He also picks out good frames if you need help deciding which is best for your face.
I'm not about closing any business down, however I do feel it's necessary to give feedback when necessary We had an 11:30 appointment and was even told that we can arrive early to fill in paperwork so we can see the doctor early. So we arrived at 11:00. We noticed there was a line building and even heard other clients asking when they'll see the doctor. No real communication was provided as to when other than x amount of people were waiting in front of you. If you're flexible, extremely flexible with your time- This is the place for you. But if you have errands and you need to be somewhere at a certain time, especially when things are scheduled all day long, I would highly suggest not coming to this place until they fix their operations and be sincere with their clientele how long their wait time is.
We had an appointment Dr. Krumholtz for our 9 year old daughter two weeks ago. The doctor was very knowledgeable and nice!!! In fact, the staff has also changed and seems to be much better compare to last year. I would definitely recommend this Vision center!!!!
Dr Moy is great but the office is so disorganized. They have so many people working and no one seems to be doing anything. They don’t know what to charge you, then end up running your card twice. They never called me when the contacts I paid for were delivered, I had to call and ask about them. I had an appointment to try on my new contacts and the person running the class had to “run out” so I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time.
