I had a great experience here! The customer service was excellent from the beginning. They were nice, very flexible with scheduling and kept following up to help arrange an appointment that worked for me. The office feels welcoming and well-organized. Everything was clean, and well-sanitized. They have new and modern equipment, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The assistant who helped with my eye exam was helpful, and the eye doctor was great as well. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything. I also appreciated the lady who helped me choose the right glasses. She was friendly, gentle, patient and made the whole process easy. Overall, great and professional service from the entire team. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this optometric center!

They were busy, but I never felt rushed. It was my first time getting contact lenses, so I had to go through the training, and everyone was patient throughout the process. I had trouble taking my contacts out, but Claudia was incredibly patient and reassuring. She removed them for me, encouraged me to try again, and never made me feel embarrassed or rushed. When I couldn’t be there to receive my contacts, they found a solution instead of making it a problem. The entire team was accommodating, professional, and solution-oriented. Just be on time and respect their time, and they’ll respect yours as well :)

I always have a fantastic experience at 20/20 OC. Been coming her for 10 Years now. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain every step of the eye exam and helping me choose frames that fit my style and budget. The selection of glasses and contacts is impressive, with a good mix of trendy options and classic styles, all at reasonable prices. I appreciated the quick turnaround on my glasses and the careful adjustments to ensure a comfortable fit. Overall, 20/20 OC always makes the process easy, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. 👍👍

I've been coming here since I was a child, and I've always had a great experience. The staffs are friendly and welcoming. I've also gotten several pairs of glasses here over the years, and the quality has always been excellent. They have always met my expectations. It's nice to have an optometry office that I can trust after so many years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and friendly eye care.

My family and I have been coming to 20/20 vision for about 9 years. Staff is always pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. They have a variety of options for glasses, which is perfect because I’ve never been disappointed in my selections. Thank you so much Dr. Sabrina Cordell for taking care of me today.
