Was greeted when I walked in Josh was very helpful. Dr. Glenn was nice. Told me the issue with my eyes has been a prediabetic said my eyes were healthy reassured me. Everything was fine. Talk me through everything made me feel good leaving met Marry Ann very nice lady walked me through my insurance and what to ask for for me. It was a great experience five stars thank you guys.
Claimed to accept my insurance provider(even listed on their site as being covered), called me a day before my appointment to say that it wasn't covered. Said that's fine, I'll figure it out with my insurance. Go in the day of the appointment only to find out that they only do "telehealth" on weekends? Excuse me?? I scheduled this appointment for an eye exam THREE WEEKS AGO and you can't even do that? This is my only day off that I'm available to go in for and you can't even do the service I wanted in the first place? Now I've got to find somewhere else that will do it, and probably wait another two weeks to do it too. Also clean up your outdoor signage. Site for Sore Eyes indeed. Every other building in the complex is bright and clean and yours is faded.
Was charged incorrectly and the exam was rushed, when I looked at the prescription I knew my vision had not changed that drastically! When I questioned the price change the manager was extremely hostile I did get a second opinion elsewhere and was in fact correct about my vision, it was a waste of time and money! I wish I had looked at the reviews first
Too bad 5 stars is all I can give. We have a son with special needs and MaryAnn went beyond anything we could have expected to accommodate him. This was more than a professional trying to make a sale, it was a beautiful human being showing kindness, compassion, and understanding to another person who needed that care. We are forever grateful.
I really wanted to have a positive experience with this office, given its convenient location near my home. On my initial visit, I was surprised to hear a diagnosis suggesting early signs of glaucoma, which led me to seek a second opinion. Fortunately, the specialist I consulted advised me to disregard that initial diagnosis. Encouraged by this, I decided to give the clinic another try a few years later, this time to update the prescription for my sunglasses. However, the process proved challenging, as they struggled to get my prescription right after several attempts. Eventually, they suggested there might be an issue with my eyes and referred me to another specialist, who reassured me that my eyes were in great shape, requiring only a minor prescription adjustment. After a year of back-and-forth and multiple unsuccessful attempts to correct my prescription, I found myself in the position of requesting a refund and seeking services elsewhere. Remarkably, within just two weeks at the new office, I had my sunglasses perfectly adjusted to my prescription.
