I had the most amazing and professional experience here at this location with all of the associates here. After having my glasses for a year and never switched them they gave me the best advice that fit my vision needs and when I picked them up it was beyond my expectations. Not only did they recommend for me to get transitional lenses to block the sun, but they got my order in 3 days when other places take 1-2 weeks. I recommend this place to any and everyone. With my new frames I feel and look much more confident then ever.

Have you ever left a business with a horrible feeling in your gut ? I had the worst experience at this optical, I will never visit this place again. After numerous times of asking if they catered to children for eye exams and getting told that they did... I brought my son in just to be informed that they did not. It seems like they will do anything and everything to just run your insurance. The ophthalmologist was amazing and informed me that sadly she was not able to cater to my sons needs. I walked out in disbelief, having wasted my time and energy. At the end the sales lady had the audacity to tell me that when I went to another ophthalmologist to fill my sons prescription with them.

I purchased a pair of "waterproof boots" and the boots were damaged/leaking water. I took the boots back the next and they refused to exchange them or give me my money back. They didn't want to make any type of accommodations, claiming that I had already worn the boots. But how can you find out if they boots work unless you wear them. This is what happens when you try to use your local neighborhood store. I will NEVER GO BACK

The main saleslady here is an absolute scammer and the reason this business should be shut down. My 70 year old mother went to get a prescription filled here. When my mother didn't find glasses she wanted the woman would not give her a prescription she received from an eye specialist at a different practice back!!??? The woman wanted to keep it hostage so my mom could not get her glasses elsewhere. Luckily my mom threatened to involve the police and she handed it back. If my mom didn't know better these crooks would have kept her prescription. Digusting business practice. Where is my zero star option?

Very good customer service and they also provided a rush order to accommodate my travel plans!
