Love the staff and the Dr's. First time going i was running behind but still got me in. They are so amazing and very good at what they do. I have eye issues and with there help they helped me and my neurosurgeon. I say all around lovely people and just say great customer service and advice. Now I'm going to continue to go there love it!!!

My wife and I recently visited this location, and unfortunately our experience with the front desk staff was not pleasant. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during our visit. Update 5/12/2026 I returned today to pick up my wife’s glasses after previously leaving a review regarding our experience. The manager requested to speak with me about the review, and I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my concerns directly. During the conversation, the manager mentioned that she had only seen the title of the review and had not yet read the full details. I was somewhat surprised, as I had expected the feedback to be reviewed before the discussion. During the conversation, another staff member noticed that I was wearing glasses without lenses and asked about it. I responded by saying, “It’s a long story,” and the response I received was, “I don’t want to hear it.” In my opinion, the interaction felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of professionalism or communication I would normally expect in a customer service environment. I would like to clarify that my intention is not to attack or insult anyone personally. My original review was written respectfully and was intended as constructive feedback based solely on my personal experience. I believe respectful communication, active listening, and professionalism are important parts of any customer experience, especially in healthcare and vision-related services where customers expect to feel comfortable, respected, and heard. I also believe this location has potential, and I sincerely hope management views customer feedback as an opportunity to improve communication and overall service quality moving forward. Based on my personal experience, I do not feel comfortable recommending this location at this time. However, I genuinely hope future customers have a more positive experience.

The Dr's and glasses techs were amazing there is however a receptionist that is increasingly rude and extremely hostile to new patients. She made our visit go from what could have been an incredible experience to im not quite sure if I want to return because I simply don't have it in me to deal with her attitude.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I got in promptly with little waiting. Dr Gardner is very knowledgeable! Great selection of frames and lenses to select from. A very pleasant experience!
