4i's Optical

Great experience from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment and very helpful and nice on phone. Professional and efficient exam and eyeglass ordering. From front desk to doctor and technician, everyone kept things humming along and very friendly.

I have heard many referrals for 4i’s Optical and I’m glad I listened. The front office staff are all very nice and helpful and Dr. Bermudez is friendly, very thorough and very patient. I left the office seeing much better than when I arrived, and with more knowledge about my particular eye condition than I’ve ever been told. I will absolutely go back & will now be the one referring 4i’s!

If I could I would give this office a zero stars. The office manager there is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met. She argues with you and talks over you and keeps doing it despite you telling her to stop. The ugliest thing you can ever do when talking to patient or their caregivers. She has no absolute no knowledge about insurances co-pays, deductibles and vision coverage and pretends to know what she is doing. I am a nurse and felt shocked how this woman treats patients. I would never recommend this office to anyone, I rather travel to El Paso or Odessa for all vision care needs. Stay away from this office.

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr Bermudez was informative in explaining my concerns. Sonia was knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of different products and their costs. They also have a great selection of frames to accommodate the different tastes. And another thing…I love the name!😜

Very satisfied with 4i through a 4 year period of eye exams and help with eyeglasses. West Texas friendly too!
