515 Vision Care used to be so inviting and the atmosphere was so pleasant. The workers are still great and I had a blast picking out my glasses but seeing a doctor over the computer when you need your eyes dilated is a waste of time. Now people have to be referred out to the Wolfe Clinic for that then you have another bill. I probably won’t go back even though they carry the best selection of glasses.

I set up an appt for an infection in my eye. The receptionist took my Medicaid number and my insurance number and information along with my info over the phone and told me I was all set for an appt the next day. I get there and they tell me they don't take my insurance but I can see the Dr for $100+. And tell me I never gave my insurance info or was told that they accepted my insurance over the phone. Then they told me I could leave their office after I said their office visit was expensive.

Thank you for providing me a backup when I needed them. Here for the day for work and forgot my contacts and was able to get my active prescription sent from Waukee to here. They gave me a pair at no costs and made it super simple!

The gal that started my appointment was very pleasant and did a great job. Very professional. Dr is always up for a great conversation. Which makes me feel more comfortable. Front desk gals are very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated the help when I were looking at frames. She was honest and wrote down the frames I am interested in. Great experience as usual.

Excellent staff, professional in every way. Beautiful new location. Highly recommend. The doctor and staff are awesome. Love the ability to come in earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation. Can't go wrong here. Fulfilled the eye exam and order of new lenses in record time. Had issue with original frame and they were able to order and receive the exact frame.
