The only reason I gave this score four stars instead of five is that I waited an hour before the doctor came in to see me. The assistants did the preliminary testing, however the wait for the doctor was exceptionally long. To me, an appointment time means something. And I realize that everyone is busy and doctors especially so but my time is precious to me As well. That said Dr. Appy was conscientious and professional and gave me A good look at my eyes from the camera. Moving on from that, however, the young woman who assisted me with choosing my glasses was incredible. She went out of her way to make sure that I found frames that suited me. And she showed me several different frames that came in different colors so that I had options to choose from that weren't right there in the room. Her honesty with how the glasses looked on me was appreciated. I wish I could remember her name. But she gets five stars!

clean, professional office and staff. Dr. Marcus Appy is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. The exorbitant cost of new prescription glasses there, even with using my own frames, forces me to choose Costco for my new lenses. I know all things are more expensive now, but $1000/or $700 for just lenses is just way out my budget. I will certainly continue to get all of my necessary exams there.
I frequently have gone to different ophthalmology offices for my eye care over the years. People I know recommended this office so when it came time for a new eye exam this is where I went. The lobby was a lively nice setting, staff were friendly, the equipment was modern, and the ophthalmologist Dr Johnson was a very vibrant person. I prefer to order my glasses online so I did not review their inventory. But I appreciated the staff were respectful of my choice and printed a copy of my eye prescription. I highly recommend this office and personally intend to continue my eye care with them moving forward.
A to Z's excellent staff take great care of you. Exams are thorough and thoughtful. You are then kindly guided through lens and frame options. I.will go back to A to Z every time.
Very professional, educated and equipped facility and staff. There is no pressure to buy eyeglasses from them. However, I have experienced the difference between professionally made lenses and the Costco labs imperfect and limited (no RX wrap sunglasses) glasses. All professional labs charge more for their work. But its entirely up to you where you choose to have your glasses made. Given the resources to afford it, I would, hands down, choose to order my lenses there at A to Z.
