That was the first time visiting the office but the physician(Dr. Webber) has been my physician for years. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and very professional. I would most definitely continue going and recommend other people to try the services that were provided for me.

Good customer service is a rarity today including in the medical care industry. There was a lack of relatability, listening skills, and patience that I experienced in the latest visit since 2019 from the scheduling of the appointment to the actual doctor's visit. I patronized Aaron Henry for a minor skin condition and the experience was not a 5 star experience with the noisiness in the clinic amongst the staff, the physician's stand off approach in examining the skin condition but overly inquiring of my personal life and professional credentials, and not submitting the correct prescription formulation. Did I mention I had to call the clinic twice for the prescription to be corrected resulting in an inconvenience and a delay to beginning treatment. I have had great doctors providing excellent service in the past but this experience was not one of them.

I can't get refills when I need them and they don't call them in untill around 6 in the evening. Its been over a month since I was in to see my provider and I still don't have refills that the nurse was coming in for I can't get my diabetic supplies been out of strips since early June. I left papers with my provider but I can't get them back and they weren't faxed in. If they don't give you samples then they are supposed to give you prescriptions. Now something just isn't right about this situation.

They have a wide range of services which is very convenient. You don't have to go to different locations to get the services you need. They have a very good medical staff.

Staff is friendly, willing to work with you and offers a wide range of services.
