I wrote a bad review eight years ago I had to delete in order to write this one. I scheduled an eye exam and knew it would be a virtual exam. I was called to confirm the appointment and reminded it was a virtual exam. I was sent several emails about the appointment. Upon arrival I get presented, without comment, a form for signature that HAPPENED included an additional charge of $39. I asked if it was covered by insurance. The answer was no, but this kind of test has to be done because the exam is virtual. There were multiple opportunities to tell me that there would be a charge not covered by insurance. I am one of those consumers who turns and walks out of a business where these types of things are practiced. They wasted my time. They aren't going to get any more of that OR my money.
