I decided to give this place a chance since it has such great reviews. However, as soon as I entered the building the atmosphere was off. The lady at the register, Sara requested documents that were not informed to me to bring when I made my appointment by phone. If I already provided you with that information during the booking of my appointment it’s your job to figure it out moving forward not mine! How about giving me a call and leaving a voicemail letting me know that I needed to bring extra documentation. Don’t do it right as I walk into the place! She was not friendly at all! Very combative and hostile the whole conversation. She made it sound that without the stuff she was requested from me I wouldn’t be seen by the doctor. Also she said that it was required for me to take a contact lenses class and two more requirements before I was able to even get a contact exam. I’ve never in my life have heard of such scam! Will not be brining my business to the place ever again. The Doctor was nice and very helpful! However staff like the lady at the front desk is what will be pushing future clientele away.

Dr. Murphy is great. She is courteous and tailors her care to the age and experience of her patients. My teen felt that she truly related to her. In addition, there is an abundance of helpful staff and eyewear professionals. We had a good overall experience.

Setting up the appointment online was easy. They were professional and friendly. My single vision reading glasses were ready in less then 2 weeks ready for pick up. My entire family comes here. Thank you!

Friendly, helpful, and kind. Doctors were great with all 3 of my kids. Ryan was a delight in helping pick out frames. I just got progressive lenses and they are amazing! Great experience all around. Appointments are easy to schedule online, which is so much more convenient than having to call to schedule.

Everyone was wonderful and witty. I loved the bantering with Ryan, as he took the pictures of my eyes. The doctor was very through as was the optician. I can't wait to get my new glasses!
