I had a great experience at Abita Eye Group. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The level of care and customer service was excellent. Excellent experience with Dr. Bach and his staff. Everyone was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process. My strabismus surgery went very well, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Bach answered all of my questions and made me feel confident about the procedure. I highly recommend him!
We always have such a great experience at Abita Eye Group. Dr. Bach is thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. We never feel rushed and truly feel cared for at every visit. The optical staff are amazing, especially Betty, who helps us often. She is so friendly and incredibly kind with my daughter. She makes picking out glasses fun and stress-free. My daughter is always excited when she hears we are going there, which really says everything about how welcoming and positive the experience is. Highly recommend!
Difficult to speak to live person in lieu of virtual assistant. You finally schedule an appointment to see Dr. Austin Bach , thinking it was at the 12750 NW 17 St facility. Instead I get switched to Hollwood, Fl which I rejected. Cancelled appointment and saved confirmation. With all the obstacles in place, I wonder how they stay in business. I may have to move on and select another provider. Right after this post a LIVE person called and I was able to schedule an appt at the facility I wanted. At least they watch their website carefully.
Needed glasses, trying to look at things up close and then driving was a nightmare. Olivia found the perfect glasses for me. She was attentive, and listened to my needs and matched me up with the perfect pair. Awesome place if you need glasses!!
