Always a great experience here! The doctor is super nice, efficient, and makes the whole exam quick and easy without ever feeling rushed. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I also love that I’m usually called back within about 5 minutes, so appointments are always on time. I’ll definitely keep coming here and highly recommend them!
This place seriously cares about their customers!! They are all so so friendly. DR. BOWMAN is the coolest guy, so easy to talk to and answers any questions you may have, he takes time to explain the process. When it came time to pick out my glasses the girl was very sweet. They care about their customers. Id give you 10 stars but it only goes to 5!
I really can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve gone for probably 20 years now. During that time I’ve had 3 different insurance carriers. Every time they find options that are fully covered my insurance. They truly find something for everyone’s budget, insurance, and taste! Also the optometrist is incredible. He is sooo knowledgable, he is kind, he listens, and has ideas to solve all your eye problems. Highly recommend them
I have been going there for a very long time. Dr. Rory Bowman always makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything to you. I feel like i'm visiting with a friend. He is an exceptional optometrist. The staff is always very helpful when picking out frames. I would highly recommend them.
I have been to Access Optical for my daughter and myself on more than 5 occasions. The staff is always fri only and helpful. If you are not sure, they give suggestions on things like frames or contacts vs. glasses. The optometrist is the friendliest ever and he always makes me and my daughter feel at ease. I highly recommend this place.
