Accurate Family Vision

My experience at Accurate Family Vision was outstanding from start to finish. Jeanette made check-in a breeze, and Cassidy was incredibly attentive during my pre-testing. Dr. Islam was amazing—she tailored my exam specifically to my diabetic needs and recommended computer glasses for my office work, which I’m so excited to receive! Finally, Christina was a huge help in selecting my frames and ensuring my computer glasses were ordered correctly. She took the time to explain exactly how they would help me. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family; they truly make you feel like part of their own family.

1st time visit with Accurate Vision and loved it! Wonderful staff and the doctor was amazing! She cares and spent time with me to understand the medical side of eye health. They use state of the art medicine and when it was time to pick out glasses, I shared what I liked and she picked them out for me! They were perfect! 🤓 🤩 Definitely making this place my new home for eye care.

Had a very pleasant eye exam experience today. I was actually relieved that I finally went in, even though I was about a year overdue. The staff was kind, professional, and made the whole visit feel comfortable from start to finish. What really gave me peace of mind was seeing that my eye scan showed improvement in my overall eye health. That was incredibly encouraging. I’m very grateful for the care, thoroughness, and professionalism I received today. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a place that is welcoming, attentive, and truly cares about your eye health.

I love the optometrist here, Dr. Amy Lee, but that's where it stops. I had been going here several years and even convinced my family to start going here. Bug mistake. Last appointment I stated I did not want the upgraded eye scan, but they did it anyway and happily charged me on the way out. Fine, I can live with that. But then my glasses come in and when I pick them up, my almost $300 Armani glasses are given to me in a Nike clam shell? Strike two. Then my son goes in. Fist visit goes well and they say they'll call when ready, about two weeks. Two weeks go by and no call so we call them. They say to wait till they call. Ummm... Well week three hits and we call again only to find out the glasses had been there the first time we called! Strike three. Now those Armani glass I told you about, I've tried forever to adjust but the prescription is just wrong in one eye but I don't want to go back. So now I'm stuck with a beautiful but expensive paper weight. Customers BEWARE!
