Doctors And staff five stars. However, this Original Facility and Original owner had Fantastic, room by room uniquely, Highly Skilled individually, themed patient rooms, decorated, and beautifully done!! They gave the entire office and Each differently themed patient room Character! AND - they were Perfectly Children Friendly ...children Loved them!! (the original doctor was Also Great - but he retired and sold the facility.) 'Someone' in management/corporate for some unknown reason decided it would be a wonderful idea to REMOVE All of these!! Big Mistake!! ..Now typical 'doctor's office vanilla!! ...very disappointing!! "Management" needs to be informed of this review. It is obviously too late to go Back - it could Never be recreated to the level it once was.

I’ve been coming to Southwest Vision Center for the past five years, and all of my children are patients here as well. The staff are always polite and professional, and the doctors are friendly, thorough, and attentive. The clinic is conveniently located, making appointments easy to manage. I highly recommend Southwest Vision Center for anyone looking for excellent eye care.
I’ve come to this office for quite some time. Several years. They’ve had an ownership change and haven’t been able to hold onto the same OD since. 2024 I was seen by Dr Vasilko (who was obviously very burnt out). 2025 I was seen by Dr Barber (I sat in the room for almost an hour waiting to be seen- he admitted to me that he accidentally went into the wrong patient room, skipping me. Then proceeded to just chat for 20 mins.) He was very nice but didn’t seem very respectful of his patients’ time. I am considering going for my eye exam for this year but there are new doctors, again. If you don’t mind seeing a new doctor every time you go, this is the office for you. 😅 I think I will be trying to find a different office.
Great Staff, very thorough eye exam. Nice selection of frames. But terrible service after getting the glasses. I can see better with my 4 year old glasses. Frames were broken and scratched when they tried to adjust. No solution was offered to correct the problem. Very disappointed and now wearing a 4 year old pair of glasses.
I was the visiting the vision center from last 3 years, for my eyes then I shifted from north Richland hills to Irving, I had an appointment but missed the appointment time by 3 minutes I was coming from office on 114 and anyone who drives on 114 knows how bad is the traffic. They said me no to see me. And let me remind them I have waited for doctor for 15-20 minutes on each visit. But it’s okay I took my history papers never doing business with them.
