I have gone to the KMC in Mission a few times and I have walked away happy and glowing each visit! My esthetician Madison was so friendly and made the experience feel relaxing and comfortable. She took the extra time and care to educate me and answer my questions when it came to better ways to treat my skin, which I really appreciated. I will continue to come back to KMC and book with Madison!!!

The one-star rating is entirely due to Izzy Ballou and the women at the front desk, who often forget that their role is customer-facing and that they set the tone as the first representatives we encounter. I give over 10 stars to Dr. Whitney, who is consistently sweet, attentive, knowledgeable, prompt, and an active listener. She and Nurse Trina are the only reasons I continue to visit this office. Nurse Trina is caring and remains on top of all details. However, when Dr. Whitney leaves, I leave as well. Her passion for her work is evident, and I refuse to endure the office environment without her. The staff do not match her vibe and need to significantly improve their performance.
I hesitated to post a review of this clinic but after going to another dermatology clinic to get a second opinion it showed me how poor my experience was at this clinic. I wanted to be seen for two normal skin conditions and ask questions on how to resolve. The medical assistant immediately told me I had to pick only one for my appointment. She also seemed extremely frustrated and didn’t want to listen to my concerns about my skin. The provider did end up talking to me about both skin conditions when I asked. But she simply handed me a list of products that could be ordered from their partner pharmacy and asked what I wanted to try. I explained I wasn’t sure, her advice was why I was here. I was over prescribed products that didn’t work for and gave me a chemical burn. Most of the appointment was spent telling me why I should go through their partner pharmacy and not my insurance. Not sure if the provider or clinic is getting a kick back for using them.
These people just never answer the phone! You literally have to call other locations just to get help on information about your medication, and how to properly use them! You can call 5 times, and I will bet you money that they will not pick up. Then you have this fake AI generated “owner” commenting on one star reviews saying “call the office to help you with your needs” but how can we get help if no one ever picks up the phone!! Do yourself a favor, and find someplace else to give your business too, because KMC dermatology doesn’t want it.
Teresa Corrigan gave me some of the best care I’ve ever received. While I waited quite awhile to be seen, once she came in the room she was patient and thorough and listened attentively and answered every single question I had. She called in my prescription before I even exited the building. Very thankful.
