My experience was above and beyond what I expected. All four women at the front desk had the best personalities. They were sweet and very kind. Especially one that really stood out (wish I remembered her name). But, she made feel like we knew each other forever, not just for a couple of minutes. My actual appointment ended with great news. The women that examined my situation were great, I had nothing to feel embarrassed about. I love that type of customer service. I left feeling happy and had a huge smile on my face. I have been a patient with CC&CD for just over a year now and I am beyond happy with my experience here. Everyone in the office I have interacted with is polite/friendly, and helpful. The services I received ranged from medical to cosmetics, and with each visit, I continue to stay impressed with them. I tend to ask a million and one questions and they are patient with me, listen to my concerns, and pay close attention to any issues or reactions I have with procedures/medicine given. I even had issues with my health insurance and they were able to assist me and resolve the issue within no time. Special recognition to Abby Orlansky, Jennifer Whitman, and Monica for all the help and amazing experience here!

Been going to the practice for years and everyone there is just wonderful, caring and attentive. Most recently saw Abby Orlansky and she saved me from the agony of a terrible case of poison ivy. Wouldn't think of going to any other practice. She was wonderful.

I recently visited the office and had a wonderful experience thanks to the efficient staff and friendly staff. One person who truly made an impression on me was Physician Assistant Jennifer Whitman. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Jennifer’s professionalism shines through in everything she does. She took the time to listen to my concerns, making sure I felt heard and understood. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. Her extensive knowledge in her field is impressive, but what really stood out to me was how she communicated that knowledge. She took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me, addressing my questions with thoughtful and insightful feedback. I left the appointment feeling not only informed but also confident in the care I received. I can't recommend Jennifer enough—she truly goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel comfortable and cared for.

I have generally had a good experience at the center. However, I just discovered that the dermatologist submitted my one of my adult children for $2000 of lab work without informing them that it would be costly and giving them the opportunity to decline. They had signed the form acknowledging that there may be additional charges from lab procedures, and I understand that the dermatologist cannot specify how much the lab will charge. But there can still be some sense that this would cost hundreds of dollars and some obligation to communicate that.
