Very nice decorations and layout is modern. It was my first time at this location. The lady at the front desk to the left was abit rude and has an additude. She is very blunt. Made me feel like i don't belong here. No hi, how can i help you today? do you have an appointment. Nope! it was like, sign in, you a new patient? here fill out the yellow highlights. When i was called, the lady who did my prescreening was somewhat nice, seemed abit tired but nicer than the front desk. I went back into the waiting room until the Doctor was read to see me. I sat observing all the staff behavior listening to their convo's. They probably didn't know i understand spanish. Every customer she encountered was the same blunt answer. Even to a mother with 3 young kids hoping to get a walk in by simpling asking. Yet the front desk staff was so blunt. Said, nextime get an appointment before you come here. She said it so condescending. When i met the doctor, it was very thorough and she really informed of my condition and used techniques that i have never used before which i thought was wow, impressive compared to the many eye doctors i've been to. The Doctor n maybe the prescreenng staff would be the ONLY reason i would go back. As for my overall review, I worked in retail as a management for 15 years and am googled certfied n work as a social media manager for many ytubers. I'm not expecting a disneyland smile or greeting with dance n happiness, but show some kindness or respect. If not that lady needs to find another job or another type of career. Maybe try tax collector or DMV or something. I'll only go back for the level of experience n care the doctors have. I have a feeling this location is overbooked or maybe its that lack of ac makes the staff grumpy. Despite all that i still smiled, wished them have an amazing day. If they had the ac slightly on, had nicer staff who show abit of respect, then easily 5 stars. but nope 3 at best!
