Excellent experience at Acuity Eye Group! Scheduling a first-time appointment was easy, and they had quick availability. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very patient with the children, making the visit stress-free. They also offer a great selection of eyeglasses. Highly recommend for families!
Very good experience and not far from home. The Techs welcome you with a smile that made us feel comfortable. They really checked by eyes and they made sure all/ any questions I had were answered either by one of the Techs or the Eye Specialist on the video chat. When selecting my glass frames, I had a large selection to choose from, the Tech helped me selected and gave advice about others choices of frames, which we really needed & her help made the selection easier. Thank you Acuity Optical-Indio; the Eye doctor ,she was excellent also, concerns about any "?'s" we had with "understandable" answers. We will refer family and friends to this location, 5 thumbs up.
