Dr Mojallal was an absolute delight. He is extremely professional and provides insight and advice that we had not received from other top specialists. I felt like coming here was my last hope to restore my vision, but was equally pessimistic. After the visit and the various tests Dr Mojallal ran, it turns out I actually do have a little bit of field of vision. Just knowing that was encouraging. While other doctors said not to do eye exercises, he actually encouraged it because it would help strengthen my eye, so I appreciate the different modalities and thought processes he uses because he not only gave me hope, but I felt even more empowered. His staff including Susan who runs the front office as well as Aru, the patient tech, were very thorough, kind, and extremely professional. This is the type of provider and staff that you want servicing you. I highly recommend this practice as Dr Mojallal has a warm welcoming personality!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I walked in politely and explained that I didn’t have an appointment but wanted to get glasses using an outside prescription. The front desk employee immediately had a rude attitude. When I showed my insurance, she responded dismissively and said, “I need the member ID because I’m not doing all that to go to different chamber of insurance " which I understand What stood out the most was the way she looked at me like I was stupid, like I didn’t belong there, and like I was wasting her time. It felt like she had a sense of superiority and treated me accordingly. The whole interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. From the very beginning, I felt judged, and honestly, it felt like I was being profiled. Customer service matters, and no one should be made to feel this way. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

I have been coming to Acuity Vision for years for exams and glasses. The doctors are very knowledgeable, patient and thorough in their exams. The front desk staff are terrific, friendly and helpful. Appointment wait time is minimal and I really loved completing the forms online ahead of the appointment. The online forms are easy to complete and really saved time. The eye glass fitting process is excellent - the technician was accurate, patient and provided great feedback to help me with my eyewear selection. Great selection of eye glasses as well. Overall, superb experience - looking forward to being a patient for years to come! Thank you!

This is one of the best eye clinics I’ve ever been to. They have been checking up my daughter for years, and her vision is improving more and more! I definitely recommend 🥰
