I was shocked at how fast I was seen, I didn’t even get to finish the initial paperwork before the tech snatched me up! Regardless the tech ( I didn’t get her name) was amazing and Dr. Garcia was wonderful! As an aspiring optometrist myself she was so sweet and demonstrated her skills so well to me. I also asked questions and she was more than willing to answer them. And afterwards I had a lovely conversation with one of the receptionist, overall a lovely clinic.

They made my eye exam pain free no hassle lots of options. Lots of options on glasses. To pick up your glasses you need and appointment? That parts odd. Every other place I ever gotten glasses, they call you and say your glasses are done pick them up at your earliest convenience. Can't do that here.

Very friendly and doctors were very thorough and concerned with an eye issue I’m having recommended good doctors to take care of issue beyond them and will return after the surgery for follow up but very pleased with advanced

Friendly staff on the phone when scheduling (new patient). Arrived 15 mins early for paper work, greeted upon entry, unable to finish paper work as we were called back within 10 mins of arrival. Each step of the process was pleasant, thoroughly explained and welcomed questions without feeling rushed. Quality custom service.

I’ve been coming to this eye doctor’s office for years and I can honestly say the experience is consistently outstanding. They truly care about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. What I appreciate most is how respectful they are of my time. Appointments always run on schedule, and I never feel rushed or overlooked. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find an office that is both timely and compassionate, but they manage it perfectly. Highly recommend!
