I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping me and my husband choose glasses, taking the time to answer all of my questions and helping us find frames that suited us perfectly. Doctor Surtí was amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire exam. She gave me a 5 day supply of contacts to try out before purchasing. Shaniya and the other staff are friendly and welcoming, and the whole process was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. I especially appreciated that they worked with my insurance and were accommodating when I explained that my insurance coverage was changing. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service. Amazing from start to finish. From the first phone call to the receptionist, the eye tech, the doctor, and then Shaniya, the optician, everyone was helpful and welcoming. Shaniya was especially great. She was already prepared for me and had six pairs of glasses ready for me to look at. She said she chose them based on my face structure, and she was right on point. I loved the styles and designs she picked out. She was knowledgeable, personable, patient, and experienced. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them.

My experience was great. Everyone who worked there was friendly, helpful and extremely patient with me and my daughter; especially, when it came to picking out my frames. I’m an indecisive woman, so when it came to choosing a pair of glasses, the technician stepped in and guided me with the best frames for my face shape.

Been coming to them for years. The staff is amazing. My glass is always. I've come out perfect. I usually buy at least 2 to 3 pair a year Great, just great. Love these guys. They have every name brand you can imagine.
