I cannot recommend Advanced Eyecare Specialists enough. If Google allowed for 10 stars, I would give them every single one, but since I can’t, you’ll just have to take my word for it—they are truly deserving of all the praise. From the moment we stepped through the door, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt like valued guests rather than just another appointment. They gave us their undivided attention, and everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. A special shout-out to Allison, who administered my exam. I am convinced we were meant to meet that day because from the minute I sat in her chair, we did not stop talking. She was jovial, sweet, funny, and an absolute pleasure to converse with. She made what is usually a routine appointment feel like catching up with an old friend. To top it off, there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase afterward. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. If you are looking for a place with a phenomenal team and top-tier service, look no further. They deserve every star they get!

If you want a top notch care team who makes you feel seen while giving you the best care, schedule an appointment with Dr. Grimm or Dr. Gasser ASAP. I can’t say enough good things about my many experiences at this office. From the front staff, to the techs, and of course the docs, my experiences have always been so pleasant. The team is professional and personable at the same time. My visits always run on time. My concerns are always addressed. I always have such an easy and fun time picking out glasses because the opticians are great, too. It’s the first time anyone has ever helped me pick a pair of glasses that actually fit my face and look great. I feel like they go above and beyond every time. You can tell they truly care about you as a person. Can’t recommend advanced eye care specialists enough.

Dr Grimm and her staff are amazing. My husband and I have been with this practice for years. They are thorough with exams and testing, and they show they care. It's a one-stop shop as you can also get your glasses and other accessories directly from them.

The whole crew is so welcoming. They have always been my go to since I relocated to the Poconos. You’ll be fortunate to get Maria. She is so efficient the machines can’t even keep up with her. She keeps it lighthearted and moving. Dr Grimm is the sweetest. She explains everything so you understand it. I can’t wait until my kids are old enough so I can bring them. 10/10 recommend!! You won’t be disappointed

I absolutely love going to this eye doctor. They are so nice and very upbeat. The staff is great. Maria is awsom, her personality and sense of humor is wonderful. She can make your day.
