Very patient & helpful. Getting contacts was such a quick and easy process, and everyone was so patient while helping me learn how to put them in and take them out. They made me feel super comfortable the whole time.
From reception through checkout and at every point in between, Advanced EyeCare staff communicate, support and treat each patient with care. I receive thorough and attentive treatment on each visit; for both routine procedures or addressing a concern, technicians and doctors listen and explain what is going on. Administrative staff have supported with insurance questions and specialized referrals as needed. Always kind!
Everyone is he office is friendly. The dr and assistants who deal with the eye exam are very professional, yet warm and friendly. They answer my questions, take a genuine interest in making sure I understand the procedures and openly share results with me.
I had ascratch on my cornea. After being treated at the walk in clinic, I was told to go to my eye doctor. I went to Advanced EyeCare. I was seen almost immediately. Everyone was courteous and informative
