The only reason I gave it a "2" rating is because the 2 doctors I saw (Kaplinski and Bhatt are 10 stars!) were great. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone The call center is either in India or the Phillipines. Extremely rude and incompetent people. They don't listen to what you say and just talk over you. They refuse to connect you to the actual office and say they will send a message to the office (do they? I have no idea because I never got a response) I made an appointment for 330pm and stressed to the person that I get out of work at 3 and cannot get there until 330. I requested Dr Kaplinski (he told me she's not in) since then I asked for Dr. Bhatt. He made my appointment. When I got to the office, I was told my appointment was for 315 and Dr Kaplinski IS in. I showed her the email saying 330 and she said "they changed it" and told me it was fir a different doctor (not Bhatt or Kaplinski as requested) What?!?!? How do you just take it upon yourself to just change my appointment time without telling me and then make it for a doctor i dont even know?????? Thankfully, I saw Dr Kaplinski even though I was told by the inept call center rep that she wasn't working. Some at the front desk are nice but some are extremely rude and act like you're ruining their day by trying to check in for your appointment. Some just don't listen to patients. Yesterday, my doctor ordered me 3 CT scans. I told the woman when i was checking out that I need to go to Zwanger Pesiri in Lindenhurst. She comes back with the papers and said she made it for Lenox Hill Radiology, completely ignoring my request for Zwanger. I told her no, I've been going to Zwanger for 30 years and that's where I want to go. She told me to just take the papers with LHR on it and she will change it. We'll, I get a call about 40 minutes later from EviCore telling me one of my CTs was approved for Lenox Hill Radiology!! I told her there are 3 CTs and I specifically asked for Zwanger. She put me on hold, came back and said the other 2 are made for Zwanger in DEER PARK when i told the woman at the desk several times LINDENHURST. So, because of the incompetence of the office, I had to be on the phone last night for HOURS calling Zwanger, my insurance company and EviCore to get this straightened out. What a way to treat patients!! Another time, I saw Dr Kaplinski on 6/15. I had recently had a bad case of bronchitis and it wasn't improving. She ordered me medications and said she has to see me in one week to check my progress. When checking out, I told the woman I have to come back in one week per the Dr's orders. She told me there are no openings. I said again Dr. said one week and it's important. She still said no openings. She ended up giving me an appointment on JULY 20TH ---- one month and 5 days later when Dr wanted to see me in a week!! Are you kidding me????? The owners of Advantage Care Physicians clearly have no clue that one the most important things (other than good doctors) is to have *competent* staff who are cordial (polite) to their patients/ customers and take the patient's needs into consideration. I'm thinking they're a typical minimum wage employer who hires anyone who walks in and keeps their call centers in third world countries so they can pay them pennies. Disgraceful I'm looking for a new provider. I don't want to deal with this place anymore.

I have been trying to get an appointment for yearly check up for a month already and have been rescheduled twice already. I need medications for my diabetes and prednisone for a cough I have that won't go away. If I didn't call to follow up on 6/15/26 about my appointment, I would have wasted my time and gas. It's unfathomable how they operate in this office and all they can do is apologize! Taking time off from work is not an easy thing to get and they could care less but then they want to say, " If you don't call with 24 hrs. to cancel appointment, you will be charged $60." Who is going to pay me for the missing time from work that I lost and can't recuperate? Totally unacceptable behavior!

I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone who has any medical history that requires follow ups and tests. Terrible at giving results, can never get a call back for results it's all through text on the portal. It feels very impersonal especially if you have an abnormal test result and feel anxious then you can't even get a reassuring call back from a provider. Everything is about coming into the office to discuss something that can be a 2 minute phone call because they want to take your copay. The phone service is even worse, full of very rude and unhelpful people who won't even let you speak to anyone who actually works in the office. The front desk are very nice as well as the MAs and the NP but I need to go to an office that prioritizes patients needs rather than impersonal corporate money hungry business. If you are healthy and only need to go for annual gyno visits then this place is great but if you have a medical condition or issues that require attention then you have to go somewhere that cares about the patients and their health. I called at 11:44AM and was told someone from the office would call me back to fax over a lab script a different labratory I was using and it is now 4:40PM and still no call back. I needed to get bloodwork done fasting and on a specific day and told the person on the phone this but he simply did not care and was not willing to help. He was very rude and said that it is "more complicated than you think" to send a lab requision to a lab meanwhile I work at a Dr office and do this everyday in my job and know how simple it is to do. They speak to you like you're stupid and they do not care about your health. The people answering the calls are the absolute worst and don't care at all about the patients. Extremely unprofessional. I will never go back to this office because it's always a problem to speak to anyone in the office on the phone about any simple issue that you have. It's very unprofessional and inconsiderate to patients' needs especially if they are going through medical issues.

They have a good selection of appointments,get you in and out fairly quickly.

Today, I intend to give them a rating of less than zero. My wife visited the clinic for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Bagum, but she was utterly rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, she was unwilling to answer her questions. I believe this behavior is in direct contradiction with the doctor’s protocol. I Definitely recommend that not to visit them specifically Dr Noor bagum
