Aizer Health

Hmmmm... before I wanted to put a review i first checked all others to see if there's anyone with the same complain than me. All I see, is that I'm right! Aizer health center is a "money making butcher in kj"!!! Nothing more than that!!! And they don't even care for all these reviews. As I see there's no change there. After all my crazy stories with them, I finally found an amazing caring doctor to change. ( yes it's not so close to me, but with all waiting at Aizer I end up with the same times pent but less aggrivation) My new doctor asked me for my old medical records which I have to get out of Aizer health butcher now. First 3 phone calls thay said ok, ok, and nothing was sent. After I screamed so they can save my number with a red flag, they told me I have to talk to the medical records department. ( which I don't know if exists) 3 times they transfered me already, and every time an answering machine picked up right away. Maybe after placing this review I'll get it... Hopefully....

Dear KJ brothers and sisters, please avoid this place whenever possible. I rushed in today with my 4 year old son because he was in absolute pain from a dental emergency. The poor kid was crying and holding his mouth. The lady at the front desk looked and told me they had a dentist available right now, but I needed to call the scheduling line to set it up. ​The woman who answered the phone was so rude from the second she picked up. I explained that my little boy was in extreme pain and the front desk just confirmed availability, but she just shut me down. She said we weren't 'active patients' because my wife hasn't been seen recently. Are you kidding me?! There was literally an open dentist chair, no one else inside or waiting, and they still wouldn't help a screaming child. She wouldn't even talk to the receptionist right there on the spot. When I asked for a supervisor she just gave me a generic 'feedback department' number. What a total joke. ​This place is shameful. Zero common sense, 0 respect, and apparently zero care for kids in real pain. Do NOT take your family here, they'll turn you away even when they have room. Horrible experience. רפואה שלמה everyone!

Please care for yourself and choose a better OB. They completely downplayed my symptoms and were very not supportive during delivery. The complete opposite of gentle in my most vulnerable moments.They do have some good doctors, but you never know who will be on call when you deliver.

Supana Chareonlarp at the pediatric department is an incredible nurse really kids friendly, she is really dedicated to the well-being of her patients!

Let me share you experience I had: I came 5 minutes late to my dental appointment, and I was told that I they can't give me anesthesia cause they don't have time! They fixed a cavity without any anesthesia and tons of attitude. The ob department is even worse. I came for An emergency appointment when my baby was 3 days old.They left me wait two hours!!! while letting in none urgent patients before me Saying that all of them are in labor! interesting because most of them didn't even seem to be pregnant... I'm not seeing that place anymore and I won't suggest anyone to do so.
