Excellent customer service! The good stuff is that they don’t OVERBOOK, so they are always on time! The staff, Josefa, Valerie & Alberto are excellent and very courteous. I have been coming to this facility for more than 10 years. I feel like I am part of the family! doctor Johnson is very professional, precise, humble and sweet. The office had a a variety of frame collections and it is clean!!

I had an amazing experience here. The service was very professional, and the customer care was exceptional. The doctor explained every detail about my prescription and took her time to educate me on how to properly care for my contact lenses. I decided to purchase my own frames since my insurance didn’t cover them, but the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this optical, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and open to helping you out!

I’ve had a great experience at AJ Kew Gardens Optical, especially with Dr. Kathleen Johnson. She is an incredibly kind, polite, and gentle optometrist who takes the time to listen and answer any questions. I also appreciate how patient and understanding she is when I translate for my family members. Her care and attentiveness truly stand out. This office also offers the Eterna dry eye treatment, which is a great option for those dealing with dry eye issues. Alberto, who is trained and licensed in providing this treatment, is very gentle and makes sure patients feel comfortable—especially given how sensitive the eye area is. Overall, my personal experience here has been positive, and I appreciate the care I’ve received.

Dr johnson love her like my own family this wonderful skill doctor save my life I complain to her about my headaches thinking it was my glacoma. With her skills she knew it wasn't. I had brain surgery performed 6 months ago due to pressure of they brain. I absolutely love this place. They have a great staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and always welcoming to visitors. The glasses are nice they have a wide variety. If you want a really good deal this is the place to go. Super understanding about what you’re looking for and the style you’re going for. Even the glasses that insurance companies cover are stylish too. I would recommend this place to anyone for their glasses needa and eye exams also.
