I visited Alabaster Eye Care for the first time today and was very impressed. I have been to other "chain" places that only wanted to sell me a pair of new glasses. Dr. Rowland was very thorough and professional -- and told me I don't need new glasses. That in itself was impressive to me. I'm glad I found this place and recommend it to others.
Our first experience with this facility was fantastic! Dr. Rowland was absolutely wonderful with our 10 year old daughter. He made her feel so comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and addressed all of our concerns. Unlike other eye facilities, Dr. Rowland isn't focused on making money and truly cares for his patients. We are so happy to have found Dr. Rowland. The front desk clerk, Amber was also extremely kind and approachable. We highly recommend Alabaster Eye Care.
A wonderful family owned practice. They helped me get some bifocal glasses for my daughter. They were so helpful, kind, and great with my daughter! I definitely recommend this practice!
Amber is very welcoming and makes sure your records are up to date. Dr. Rowland is very thorough and explains each part of the exam. My wife and I are very glad we found Alabaster Eye Care. And strongly recommend them.
Dr. Rowland and Amber are simply the best. They are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to help you. It's refreshing to find people like this in the world. And I love their selection of glasses. Perfection!
