The staff is professional and compassionate, informed every step of the way. Just haven’t gotten the call to confirm the surgery. Supposed to have happened in the morning but no call @330 pm.
Good morning, on a normal visit to see eye doctor, it's smooth running. But, yesterday I was there (June 5th 2026) was horrible! I arrived with appt to see my eye doctor 1st, @ 10:15 , 15 minutes early as told too, then to have laser eye surgery @ 12 / 12:30 on my right eye. However I didn't se eye doc @ all, then my concerns weren't met / addressed for my left eye at all! So, I was in your office from 10:15 to 12:45 for a right eye situation was addressed, (laser surgery). I'm very very disappointed for once in your services. There is no reason to ignore patients & over booking patients like that. On a scale of (1 to 10) , this time I have to score your services a ( 0 ). And for this I'm sorry.
Everyone was trying to be helpful but the wall was entirely too long. The doctor bedside manner is awesome. I love the staff and the way they treated me

I had great nurse she answers my questions to the best of her ability.and Dr. Hickman was very nice and made sure I knew all that I needed to know .
