I had a really positive experience at CVS recently. As soon as I walked in, the store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I was able to find most of what I needed without any trouble, and the shelves were well stocked. What stood out the most was the customer service. A staff member noticed I looked a bit unsure and came over to help right away. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and guide me to the right products. At the checkout, the cashier was just as welcoming and made the process quick and smooth. Overall, the visit felt easy and stress-free, and I left with everything I needed. It’s the kind of experience that makes me want to come back again.

I’m sure, nobody from management and owners are not going to read that, but I’d like to warn customers. There’s so many locked glass doors and if you’d like to buy something, you have to wait until someone with keys “find a minute” and open it for you. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes in one department and after another 15 minutes in front of another cabinet. You can call customer service a couple of times but that lady is “the only one on the floor “ . I called manager but they couldn’t find them. So, if time important for you, go somewhere else.
This location has a serious problem with cleanliness and odor control. The moment you walk in, you're hit with a strong fecal smell that's impossible to ignore. The store always feels a little dirty and grimy, like it hasn't been properly maintained. I've also noticed frozen food being sold past its expiration date. Sure, there's a sign telling customers to check expiration dates, but let's be realistic—families rushing through their shopping, teenagers grabbing a quick snack, and most other customers aren't inspecting every package before they buy it. It feels like CVS is putting the responsibility entirely on the customer instead of making sure expired products aren't on the shelves in the first place. The move to self-checkout hasn't improved the experience either. Cashiers have been replaced with self-checkout stations, yet there's still one overwhelmed employee standing there constantly helping customers scan items and approve overrides. At that point, why not just bring back cashiers? Overall, CVS seems more focused on cutting costs than providing a good customer experience. Clean the store, get rid of the awful smell, keep expired food off the shelves, and invest in proper staffing. Right now, it doesn't feel like customers are getting their money's worth.
As the other reviews stated, employees here do not want to help customers... Two employees were clearly on personal phone calls while on the job. I understand if it's an emergency but it was clearly not in both cases. Employees continue to talk on the phone even as you approach them. Very inappropriate and unprofessional!
I have been a customer as this CVS for many years. Aside from the fact that they’re always out of things. I never really had a major complaint. However, today I experience the worst customer service and I’m not one for leaving reviews. My prescriptions were called in by my doctor and when I went to pick them up, the young woman at the pharmacy told me that they would be ready in 15 -1to 20 minutes and that they will call my name. I had a question about something and she was also going to get me an answer on that. I was sitting and waiting and waiting. My husband was outside waiting in the car, time went by and I got an urgent phone call from my sister so I was on the phone for a little while. When I got off with her, I was saying this is ridiculous Because at 2:35 they told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes and here it was 3:25 and no one had called me. when I went up to the cashier, there was another young lady there and I told her that I’ve been waiting over 45 minutes and what was going on with my prescription. She went to the box where they put the prescriptions for pick up and she pulled them out.. I said to her are you kidding me? I’ve been waiting all this time. Nobody called me and I was told they would call my name. She did not say one word nor did she apologize. I work every day so My weekends are important to me and I don’t like wasting time, I had a lot of things to do! Horrible customer service!
