worst experience ever. youre better off going to another cohens. the front desk lady with the bleached hair speaks down on you for every question you ask her. should have known not to come here based of the inventory alone. The doctor also does not care to look you in the eye when he speaks to you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

They are overpriced. We paid above $1,000 for a pair of glasses. In Costco similar product you can buy with 20% of the cost. When the glasses brake in the skeleton we where told that is after 1,5 year, and therefore there is nothing they will do. We throw it to the garbage. I will never buy to this place again and I recommend anyone to do the same.

John is just amazing. He puts customer first. I went to him on a recommendation. Having struggled with progressives for a few years (didn’t have glasses before), I was taken for a ride at a few places before. Had only moderately OK glasses to show for it. Either distance was good or reading was good. John measured everything and reviewed my lenses. He told me that my lenses were not good and they didn’t have the right PD. Then he recommended Verilux lenses and actually asked me not not to go for the most expensive ones (who does that?). I am so happy with my new glasses. I am finally good with reading, distance and intermediate all three distances. And has great Transition as well. Finally I have glasses I can wear comfortable all day. Thank you John

We love John and the team here, they always give us excellent service. If we've had a problem, they've taken care of it right away, but that's been rare over the 20+ years we've been coming here. In addition, they are really great helping us find interesting and unique frames, something they know we like. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our glasses and eye exams.
