Absolute joke! Been waiting 2 weeks and I called today and they said possibly another 1 to 2 weeks for my glasses! AVOID and go somewhere else! UPDATE: They called me after my complaint and said they would have a different pair of glasses made for me and they would be there by Friday, called and no answer so I left a message and they never called back. Called today(Saturday) and they said “sorry, it looks like those didn’t come in either!) 🤦🏼♂️ I told them I just want my money back. Almost $600.00 and they can’t get anything right! They said they would give me a free pair of frames up to $200.00 value free, if you can’t get the glasses I paid for here how on earth would you get some free ones here? Place is a complete joke. Avoid this company at all costs! Go to Chittick or Dillman eye clinic or just go to Champaign. Do not waste your time waiting on this place to try and figure out what every other company already knows. Most places are same day or at least a couple days wait. Been almost 3 weeks and lied to twice! Never again!

This is actually my first time ever leaving a review for any business, but I felt this experience should be shared. I gave this company 1 star because while the lady with braids was kind professional and acknowledged me even while assisting two other clients, the overall customer service was disappointing. When I returned, no other employee acknowledged me. The front desk employee with short blonde hair appeared unwilling to assist and instead had another coworker wait until the lady with braids was available. I found this unprofessional, especially because my sister and her friend have had similar experiences with the same employee, including feeling dismissed and redirected to someone else despite her being available. Everyone can have an off day, but hearing multiple similar experiences and experiencing it myself was disappointing. The business has great employees like the lady with braids but I believe the overall teamwork and customer service could be improved.
Absolutely the best eye Dr I've been to I'm 49 years old and have had quite a few eye problems in my life so to say I've seen a few eye Drs is an understament .the Dr here was very accommodating and easy to be around I would recommend anybody that is looking for a good Dr go to them
All the people at All about Eyes from the doctor to the office staff are all top-Notch, very professional they don’t rush you they give you options regarding lenses and frames and they work within your budget. They don’t try to up-sell you and stuff that you don’t need. They accept insurance and they’re just good people to work with!
I wouldn’t take my dog here! I went here for an Illinois license exam in September of 2025. They had previously told me they had the state form for this. Got the exam and took the form they provided. The license branch wouldn’t take the form because it was an outdated form. I contacted all about eyes and the manager told me she had just downloaded it from the states site(Lie). I went to the states site that day and it was not the old form. I sent them the correct form and the dr filled it out and they sent it to me in the mail. Fast forward to March 2026 and I get a letter from the state saying that the form was not dated within the 6 month period of my exam date. I got the exam two weeks prior to my license renewal. After checking it out, the form was dated from my previous exam in march of 2025. When I asked to get it corrected, they said they couldn’t because if they did they would have to charge me for the additional exam. I told them I would be glad to pay if they would just put the correct exam date on the form. They had the doctor put a line with an arrow to the bottom of the page with a note that said re-tested in September of 2025. The state still wouldn’t accept the form. I asked again and was denied! I talked to the area manager in Bloomington and they still refused to fix the form. Now I am facing the fact that I may lose my license because this company will not do the right thing! Their medical director said that I needed to have my eye health checked before they would consider changing the form. I informed them that I had seen a retinal specialist and a cornea specialist in the last few months and my eye health was good! Avoid this place at all costs!
