Upset with my most recent experiences there. My whole family has been going there since my old optometrist retired .. I’m a minimal glasses wearer, but daily contact wearer . I purchased new glasses and lenses in 2023 , and 2 years later the hinge came out of the arm. I wear my glasses a maximum of 2 hours a day so I was upset, but reluctantly bought new frames after being informed that they could not be fixed . 2025 I bought new frames and reused my old lenses . The same thing happened to the newest pair. Hinge detached from the arm on the same side. I went in to see what could be done considering the glasses are at most a little over a year old and it’s the same exact breakl. . I’m questioning is it’s a defect. I spoke with a tech who told me this happens from normal wear and tear ( I’ve only had these glasses a year and I don’t wear them full time!) she informed me that They did not have the 2025 frames purchase documented and I’d have to not only purchase new frames, but also new lenses because the prescription is from 2023. Since I’m not a daily glasses wearer I’ve never had a doctor insist that I buy glasses yearly or even bi yearly for that matter .Unfortunately The women who always helped me were not working and I’m not sure they’re even there anymore considering it was all new faces . I hate to write a bad review , but the tech was rude .
