I have been a patient of Dr Kaplan for many years. He is a wonderful Doctor. He goes above and beyond with his patients. He explains everything you need to know. I’ve never been rushed. He gives you time to ask questions or concerns and get answers. I like his personality. I’ve never had any problems with the staff. I find them to be warm and friendly.with nice personalities.
Takes the time to answer your questions. My eyesight quality was dropping quickly and he explained it all to me in a way I could understand and made me feel at ease. My prescription is spot on. Great guy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan's for about 4 years. I am diabetic, and therefore have some specialized eye issues. Dr. Kaplan is thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. I don't understand some reviews here that mention rude office staff--they are lovely and very helpful. My husband is also a patient. Last year he got a piece of metal in his eye, and the office got him in immediately. I would recommend Dr. Kaplan highly.
