I had excellent care at Alma Optics today. Kayleigh was my technician & was very kind & courteous. Then I had a very thorough & lovely young intern who seemed very knowledgeable. Elizabeth fitted my glasses and did an outstanding job. Dr. Tacia oversaw everything with care & understanding. I am grateful.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I stopped into Alma Optics today to have some lenses swapped out in my sunglasses. These were glass lenses and were being kind of a pain, but Elizabeth (who is awesome) called in a specialist from another of their offices. Brian (who is also awesome) showed up and got it done quick and done well, AND they even improved the fit of them while I waited. Then to cap it all off, they didn't even charge me and told me not to worry about it. You KNOW I'll be back when it's time to spend some money! Local owners, local people, and service that you can't beat. Happy to have businesses like this in our community!!!
Alma Optics always treats you like you are the only patient that they have. I notice that it's the same for everyone else around me. Dr. Lark was so curtious and kind. Every tech was respectful and smiling. I enjoy going there. Thanks to everyone
I was very pleased with their care. They found a problem i had and got right on it to be fixed. Am so glad we chose them as our new eye doctors.
The office is very nice and the examinations are excellent. The issue I had was the billing and follow thru of the technician that was supposed to follow up with me.
