My experience here was amazing. Emily was extremely patient with me while trying to help me get contacts in. I’ve tried numerous times to get contacts in at other places but no one was as helpful and patient as Emily was. I also received excellent service from the woman who helped me picked my glasses and I definitely will be returning in the future for all of my vision/glasses related needs.
Awesome customer service all around. Dr Kathryn Hopper, OD was great. Very clear and detailed on exam.. also a plus is that they have Saturday hours.
Good experience, Sam was patient with me as a new potential contact user. She was friendly and encouraging. The Dr was nice and informative as well.
The staff and doctors were all very friendly. My English isn't very good, but they were very patient in explaining things to me. This was my first time getting an eye exam and getting glasses here.。 having previously been to Chinese eye clinics in New York. I love it here.thx
Emilie was a great receptionist and very funny and Dr Hopper have always been amazing and great and enjoy coming every year and this place is amazing and truly recommend them because they take care of u and treat u so kind and well
