I had the best experience with Quanda! She made it so much fun. She is absolutely amazing! Best experience I have ever had getting new glasses. And they have a amazing selection, I found exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be back to this location.

I picked up a pair of glasses at a different location a few days prior and had a really bad experience. I was super stressed about it but went into this location hoping for the best and got it. I forgot to ask for a name but the girl who helped me was super nice and did a great job fixing my glasses for me.

Today, July 22,2026 I received an eye exam for glasses and contacts. I have the wrong prescription and now have an inconvenience to re do this. I paid over $200 for this and left with nothing to help my eyes. I am not happy about this experience. This should have went smooth and not met with rudeness from workers and the wrong prescription! When i tried to get a solution no one can be reached.

The staff at the North Wales Store is fantastic, especially Liz! It's always a great shopping experience. I won't go anywhere else for my glasses.

Absolutely horrendous experience with the most incompetent staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Both my 4 year old son and myself got our glasses here, and each experience was worse than the next. Celeste had to retake my toddler’s frame measurements 4 different times because she doesn’t know how to use the iPad technology (she also had me retake my measurements 3 times and then called me later that day saying the measurements “didn’t save” so I had to return to the store a FOURTH time). Celeste also was about to mix up my husband and child’s prescriptions if I hadn’t double checked it and called her out before she made yet another mistake. For my own glasses, 3 different frames were rejected by the lab with no particular reason provided, and the staff at this office assured me each time that the frame I chose would work for my high prescription, and they were wrong each time- causing more waste of my time and a process that was dragged out over two months— I ultimately just asked for my refund because I’d rather take my business anywhere else. The manager Liz also seemed indifferent when I escalated the situation.. no apology, no solution, no customer service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
