I have been going here for the last 6-7 years. The eye exam portion has been ok. The front desk area is awful. After years of dealing with one of the most cranky make you feel like a massive inconvenience lady, even though I usually order the exact same frames each year and ask very little of them, she retired so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that things might change. So I call in to ask if a frame was in stock and whoever answered the phone said she didn’t know and I could come in and look because she is too busy to leave her desk. Sounded impatient. So things don’t appear to have changed. They have no clue how to hire personable staff. Only reason I stayed with them this long was convenience of location, having my prescription history and stuff like that. I am going to look elsewhere for better customer service. Skip this place if you don’t want to feel like a burden.

No wait time. The front desk was friendly and informative. DR was kind and looked at different options I was curious about. Answered all my questions. Equipment is high end and up to date. They worked with me on how to best get what I needed with insurance coverage. Happy with first visit. Excited to get my trial contacts and see if the rest goes smoothly.
It was our first visit to Alpine Vision. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The tech and doctor were friendly and efficient. The testing instruments were top of the line. There was no pressure to buy new glasses. I would certainly recommend them.
Dr. Carlan Reese gave a thorough examination and relieved my concerns about my recent eye changes. His advanced equipment is painless and conclusive. I appreciate the time Dr. Reese took to explain all of my questions and concerns with photos of my eyes and showing me diagrams. His eyeglass techs were also very helpful in choosing frames to match my style and face. I usually have a hard time finding any glasses that I like, but at their facility they provided me with multiple choices that I was very happy with. Being treated at Alpine Vision was a very positive experience! Norma Metz
Staff will mock you. Hello, I made an appointment for an eye exam with Alpine Vision Lehi and intended to use my insurance (Health Choice Utah). Making the appointment was effortless, and they were able to locate my insurance. Fast forward to today. KINSLEY texted me indicating that my information was incorrect and they could not find me. I called my insurance, who then called and connected me with Alpine Visions office. Kinsley answered the phone, with both myself and the insurance representative on the line. After once again indicating she could not find the insurance, she attempted to put me on hold to try and locate it. She did not hit the hold button. So for 20 out of 40 minutes being on hold myself AND the insurance representative were able to hear Kinsley MOCK and MAKE FUN of me. A patient. She never came back to the phone. I have the call recording and reference number for it via my insurance company, so if any upper management cares or would like to rectify the situation that would be great. However, I will NEVER support any kind of doctors office that makes fun of their patients…
