Altus Eye Care

The Drs themselves are great, however the receptionist and the other front desk lady are rude and seem to not know their job, they even implied that I was lying to them. I took my kids there the last 3 years and nothing has changed in their work or their attitudes, don't expect anything above and beyond with the staff. Geiger Eye Care is who I recommend, been going for years. They are always nice and ready to help you and very efficient at their job.

I will never give this company another dime!!! I will drive out of town!!! My son went to them & let them know that he was ONLY there for the exam($10 copay) they ended up giving him a SAMPLE 30 day pair of “free” contacts & charged him $60 to “fit” him for them. RIDICULOUS!!!

They are a dishonest company!! I went because it's the closest place that accepts my insurance. Even year I've been it's cost me $35 to get my contacts. Well a new company has taken over and they don't bother to tell me until well into my appt. Well since they have started my eye exam I'd have to pay to go somewhere else. Anyways they tell me it's $60-$85 for fitting for contacts. Well there is no in-between it was $85 plus another $10 to have them shipped to me. They tell me next yr the fitting will only be $60...not to worry though because I will find an honest company to do my business with. I should have been told upfront that they had changed ownership and knowing that I would've asked questions. Because I did not have $95 to put out on a half a yr of contacts. Oh yeah they said because I wanted color contacts I could only get 6 months as to where other places I've been able to get a full yr. This place is so shadey!!

My mom andI both went to Dr Huey for sure exams. He was friendly, courteous, ans listened to all of our needs. He was very knowledgeable with our medications. His staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend them!

My son lost his glasses and I went in and she was really helpful with me trying to find the right ones. Even went to the back to get different colors. I ordered his glasses last friday. I am still waiting for them to come in, but that's normal. Overall great experience for me.
