I received a comprehensive eye yesterday at Alvernon Optical the team was friendly and professional. Dr. Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful. My new eye prescription is way better than the one from last year. I can see clearly. This is my second visit and I highly recommend Alvernon Optical. An excellent experience.
These people are kind, efficient and professional. I brought my elderly mother in today and we were treated well, the doctor helped my mom feel better and the entire experience was pleasant. The office is well run and if I could give more stars, I would. Thank you!
They are good and efficient. Combined with my insurance I got a good deal on my glasses. They dig deeper in your insurance to make sure that you have coverage or not. My wife went to another eyeglass store and they told her that she didn’t have any insurance coverage so she paid twice the price than my glasses….and we have the same insurance!
My eye doctor in tucson sent glasses in for this lab to make lenses. This lab put the lenses in BACKWARDS. Glasses sent back to be correctly done, was to rush the order. 2.5 weeks later I get them. How is 2.5 weeks a rush when this lab made the mistake to begin with? No wonder such low review ratings. UPDATE RESPONSE TO CORPORATE: your lab was sent the lenses to be made. They were made wrong.
