I had heard such great things about Dr. Tetrault, so I decided to get my exam here instead of going to Costco like I normally do. What a disappointment. The receptionist and assistant were very friendly and efficient, which is why I gave 2 stars. I can't say the same for Dr. Tetrault. He rushed through my exam and said my prescription was exactly the same as my last year's exam at Costco. He was also very dismissive when I brought up my concerns about spots and floaters and eye strain. Turned out that the prescription he gave me was wrong. I had to get another eye exam and have my glasses re-done at Costco. Waste of $133! Might be time for Dr. Tetrault to retire.

Everyone here is really nice! I decided to try them since I frequent this plaza and my insurance no longer covered my previous eye care provider. I received great service from the staff and optometrist. My glasses and contacts are great. Highly recommend. Will return!

Welcoming staff. The doctor himself was just wonderful. What a nice gentleman. Quick service I was in and out something that I love especially on a Friday my day off of work. I would highly recommend

Very nice and attentive staff. Prices for contacts and lenses are double if not more than they are online. Will likely not be returning here or recommending. I was charged $500! Updating my review to 1 star as I tried to use my VSP insurance at Costco and they said it had already been used at this place. I never purchased any contacts from them!
