Honestly, going here was a waste of time. The receptionist was rude right from the get go. The nurse was nice but the Dr was… a waste. My Wife was there to have a specific problem looked at and we could barely get her to talk, much less acknowledge what we see, her primary sees. She was more interested in a comprehensive exam, in which insurance doesn’t even cover there. It was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Her Primary Care insisted that she get a second opinion. When I originally scheduled the appointment, it was under the pretense of them only being able to look at a medical issue, not an eye exam. She did not do that, literally did nothing.

Had laser treatment . Doctor was highly skilled, explained everything thoroughly and very pleasant. Highly recommend Atwal Eye Care. Very professional, highly trained, excellent doctor.

Dr. Nina Gelfond is terrific! She combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. I always walk away from my visits with a comfortable feeling that my eyecare is in very capable hands. The staff is great too. Always greeted with a welcoming smile. Highly recommend!!

Overall good experience. I think she might have needed to wait a bit longer after administering numbing eye drops before continuing with her measuring (for pressure?). I couldn’t help repeatedly flinching when her equipment was at my right eye. But she was calm and cheerful, and otherwise helpful. No real complaints.
