I trust my primary doctor Dr. Suzy Bibawy's medical vision for my health benefit! She suggests I listens, I suggest she listens. I have the final decision. She's transparent about what I'm doing well and what need to do better. She makes me feel like she believes me fulfill my goal despite any setbacks that may occur.

This was by far one of the worse experiences I’ve had in a long time. I got to my appointment half an hour before my appointment time. And I was taken in one hour after my appointment time. At this time, I was never notified of any wait times by the front desk staff. I was called in to get my blood pressure and was seated outside for more time because the doctor only apparently had two rooms. When I was finally called back in, I was informed that the doctor was not even in, and I was in the room with three other people (MDs) who literally told me that I had to come back on another day For my surgery clearance. I asked if I could get my blood work done and they said no because The lab was closed. I asked if I can come the next day and they said I don’t know if it’s gonna be open. Without any empathy for me. I was also supposed to have an EKG done and they all said all the medical assistance went to break. Which is completely unheard of. Why would you send every single one of your staff on break, During patient sessions And it wasn’t even 12 o’clock yet. The front desk was not so friendly either. They told me to make an appointment for next week when the doctor will be there, but I don’t think I will. I will find a new primary care doctor. If I was able to give less than one star, I would.

Doctor was very professional, attentive to the matter. Informed me of what I should do next. And what I n shouldn't do. I really enjoyed this visit. Dr. Andrew Harrington vascular surgeon is amazing. At what he does. He treats every patient with dignity and respect.

Worst location ever. I witnessed the security staff speaking to people very harshly and disrespectfully. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM, but unfortunately, this location clearly doesn’t respect people’s time. The building didn’t even open until 8:15 AM. What a joke and such an unacceptable excuse for a scheduled appointment. The lady at the service desk are very rude, and unprofessional. They both lack manners and ignore patient whenever you try to ask them a question. I don’t think I will be coming back to this place again.
