I have been a patient of Amelia Eye Associates since moving to Fernandina Beach seven years ago. Dr. Koss and his entire staff are al very patient oriented..They are always very personable, courteous and extremely professional in their approach in serving the needs of their patients. I strongly recommend this practice if you are in need of quality eye care.
From the minute you arrive until you leave, you feel very welcome and cared for. You never have to wait long to be seen, the technicians are very thorough, as is Dr. Koss and check-out is always prompt and friendly with Arlo. Nita, the Optometrist is the best I've ever experienced! She sets the bar high with her kindness, patience, knowledge, attention to detail and her keen eye for knowing exactly what frames suit your specific face shape and lifestyle. I've been coming to Dr Koss for several years now and he and staff takes good care of me. They are friendly, easy to set up appointments. I had a few times when I had eye issues that came up and they were able to get me in to see the doctor within a day or two.
