Antonella was spectacular when I need to order my new glasses, very nice person her attention is very personalized. She took all the time to explain every detail of my glasses and my orders. Just left from this location. Took my son for his official introduction to wearing contacts and the associate Reuben was the BIGGEST help for us today. He was patient, helpful, informative and kind!! He sat with my son and myself through the entire learning experience and even gave as much advice as he could so my son can learn how to properly input his contacts and remove them. Sorry for cutting into your lunchtime Reuben but I can't thank you enough!!! America's Best please highlight Reuben and his extraordinary customer service, cool and calm demeanor and gentle teaching!!
I have had multiple frustrating experiences at this America’s Best location because of an employee named Michael. The first time I visited, Michael told me I needed to see the doctor for $236 and said there was an appointment available immediately. He never explained the membership benefits and gave me pricing information that did not match what I saw online or in advertisements. I went online, signed up for the membership within minutes, paid, and agreed to see the doctor because I was told there was an available spot. After that, Michael suddenly said there was no availability anymore and that I needed to schedule a future appointment. During my second visit, I saw the doctor, and Michael tried to charge me for the visit even though I already had a membership that covered it. I had to remind him of my membership, even though the information was clearly visible in the system. On my third visit, I lost one of my contact lenses while driving and only needed a trial lens so I could safely drive. Michael refused to provide a free trial unless I purchased a full box of contacts. After several interactions, I felt like I was being pushed to spend money instead of being helped as a customer. I hope management reviews how membership benefits, pricing, and customer service are being communicated. This experience made me lose trust in this location.
Wonderful experience !!! Dr. Abdoly was thorough and found an error in my previous doctors prescription and solved the problem. I’ve had pressure in my eyes, and my glasses were too intense and she ended up reducing my prescription and solving the issue. Guerby was excellent in explaining everything to me and helping me find right frames, lenses with transitions in one pair and blue light and anti glare in the others!! Couldn’t be happier I will definitely be back
I went to America’s Best and had a wonderful experience. I am one of these people who cannot make a decision, Will was awesome! He helped me as I tried on 100 different styles of glasses. Never made me feel like I was being ridiculous. Great staff Mike and Antonella are so helpful and kind! 10 out of 10 if you need glasses this is the place!!!
