America's Best

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at America’s Best! Bringing a nervous 5-year-old in for her very first eye exam (and first pair of glasses!) could have easily been a stressful ordeal, but Dr. Lee, Vi, and Alena turned it into such a positive, special milestone. From the moment we walked in, the entire atmosphere was welcoming. Vi and Alena were absolute rockstars at the front and during the pre-testing and frame selection process. They were so kind, fun, and amazingly patient, making my daughter feel comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Lee was incredible during the exam itself. Dr. Lee gentle, patient and explained everything at a level my daughter could understand, taking extra time to allow her to feel calm and supported the entire time. Thank you all for making her first glasses experience such a happy one!

I meant to do this a bit ago... I want to say how kind and helpful the staff is here. I got me a well needed new pair of some specs... I enjoyed everyone here and Sheyla who ultimately had to put up with me did a most excellent job with her compassion, she expressed many kind words and showed to care, as they all did. I would recommend seeing 👀 them quite literally!🤓 Thanks y'all

I had an appointment with Dr. Lauren Lee at America's Best Seminole location and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. I brought my 2-year-old son with me, and like many toddlers, he was energetic, curious, and wanted to touch things around him. As his mother, I was actively redirecting him and telling him what he could and could not do. During the appointment, Dr. Lee became noticeably impatient. At one point, she raised her voice toward my son and appeared as though she was about to physically move his hands away from items he was touching, despite me already handling the situation. Later, when I instructed my son to sit down, he smiled and acted silly, as toddlers often do. Dr. Lee responded with a stern expression and told him, "It's not funny." I understand that children can be challenging in a professional setting, and I don't expect everyone to enjoy being around toddlers. However, I do expect healthcare professionals to remain patient, respectful, and appropriate in their interactions with young children. The issue wasn't that she seemed annoyed—it was the way she communicated with my child. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed by the lack of patience and understanding shown toward a very young child

I had such a great experience with Dr. Haines. After struggling with an inaccurate contact prescription elsewhere, she took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, perform a thorough evaluation, and identify issues that had previously been missed, including astigmatism. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly takes pride in providing excellent patient care. It is rare to find a provider who combines technical expertise with genuine attentiveness the way she does. Her care made a significant difference for me, and I am incredibly grateful I found her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an eye doctor who is both skilled and compassionate.

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses at this location. Shayla was extremely helpful and informative, and spent loads of time with me explaining what was going on with my vision, and the various options. She was wonderful. I will be returning there in the future for my vision needs.
